P90X Chest, Shoulders, and TricepsDay 29 of my P90X review, and today I did the P90X Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps workout…

This was a difficult workout, even to get the form right on many of the exercises.

I thought I had gotten into a routine where I finally knew which weights to use with each P90X workout, but this new one took some getting used to, I should be a lot better next round.  The massive amount of new type pushups was a killer as well!  I definitely felt the workout in my triceps and back when done.
