Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps Workout – P90X Review Day 43

P90X Chest, Shoulders, and TricepsToday was day 43 of my P90X review, and I completed the Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps workout again…

Each time I complete this workout, I truly love it more. It really is an excellent upper body workout. I’m still unable to do one arm pushups, but hopefully that will come with time.

Ab Ripper X went well again, but it seemed a little more difficult today for some reason. I’m not sure if it was because I’m a little tired, but I was really stressing to get out those last remaining reps in many of the moves.

Tomorrow is Plyometrics, so I’m hoping that my knee holds up! Stay tuned.
