Honing My Kenpo Techniques – P90X Workout Day 24

Chuck Norris Meets Tony HortonToday was day 24 of my P90X workout, and I continued to hone my crafty kenpo techniques with today’s Kenpo X workout…

I’m not exactly sure what set this in motion — but smack-dab in the middle of my P90X workout it dawned on me that if I could come back in another life as a superhero, it would be a hybrid blend of Tony-Horton-meets-Chuck-Norris. I don’t know about you, but that mental image just screams pure, unadulterated danger. Scary indeed.

Anyway, back to today’s workout…

Kenpo went well today, and I was pretty excited that I have 2 relatively easy workouts back to back with Kenpo X followed by X Stretch tomorrow. I’m feeling really good right now, but I honestly can’t wait to get back to resistance training next week. I definitely miss the chest, arm, and back workouts…

I had an extremely busy day today and actually doubled down on the Shakeology shakes as I didn’t have enough time to squeeze in two of my meals. The chocolate flavor is so good that I think I could probably drink 5 a day…

Well, that’s it for today’s update. I’m going to try to wrap things up and get to bed fairly early tonight. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s X Stretch update…

    Awesome, although (and you’d have to be a total karate movie dork to know this) you’d more likely want to have some Jeff Speakman mixed in there!
