Kenpo X P90X Workout – Day 34 Review

Kenpo X P90X WorkoutToday was day 34 of P90X, and I did the Kenpo X workout to finish up the first week of phase II.  As usual, it was the easiest of the workouts, but I’ve noticed I can kick higher now, plus my weight continues to (although slowly) go down…

The biggest thing to happen was the night before while doing legs and back that I eyeballed the pullup bar and decided to give it a shot.  Whattya know…..I did two unassisted pullups!  I’ve never done a pullup in my life, and up til now had only used resistance bands for the p90x workouts.  Very encouraging.
