Legs and Back P90X Workout Results – Day 19

P90X is Hard!Day 19 of my P90X adventure has come and gone, and it was actually a disappointment for a change…

Sure, the occasional “off day” is going to happen — but right now that doesn’t make me feel any better. After such a great run of incredible P90X workouts, I hit a rough patch today with the Legs and Back DVD.

I’m not exactly sure what the problem was today, but I just felt out of gas and started experiencing feelings of nausea just 10 or 15 minutes in. Even Ab Ripper X (which I’ve been tearing up) was a little off today.

On the bright side of things, my resupply of chocolate Shakeology arrived today so I’m stoked about that!

Well, that’s it for today’s update. I’m going to rest up as I have an early morning Kenpo X workout tomorrow and I want to get back in the zone. Stay tuned…
