P90X Back and Biceps DVD – Day 31

Day 31 of P90X and today I did the Back and Biceps workout for the first time. Not bad.

I like other workouts better, and definitely need to get some more dumbbell variety for this type of workout, looks like another excuse to hit Dick’s this weekend!  Overall a good workout though, and getting better with Ab Ripper too!
