Today was day 38 of my P90X workout, and I completed the Back and Biceps DVD again…
This P90X workout is definitely one of my favorites, and my biceps were feeling pretty toasty by the time I finished up with the kids. I’ve really been focusing on going heavy with low reps. Also, Corncob Pullups are going a little better since my last go at them.
Ab Ripper X went great again today, and I have absolutely fallen in love with that workout. It does such an awesome job of blasting the abs in only a few short minutes. TIP: If you’re having a lot of trouble with the Ab Ripper X workout, try taking off your shoes — shedding that extra weight really helps.
