P90X Back and Biceps Work Out – Day 45

P90X Back and Biceps WorkoutToday was day 45 of P90X, and I completed the glorious P90X Back and Biceps work out once again…

Back and Biceps is such a great workout, I really enjoy the pump I get from it and I’m noticing dramatic improvements in my arms since switching over to the phase 2 workouts a few weeks ago. I’m seeing additional size and definition in my arms, and I’m also noticing that the veins running through my arms are much more visible.

Ab Ripper X went well, and I had my best day ever with the routine. I still hate Fifer Scissors and Pulse Ups with a passion, but I’m doing well on them.
