I think the P90X Back and Biceps workout is my favorite so far, and my arms and back were completely and utterly fried by the time the hour was up.

Ab Ripper X continues to go extremely well. My core has strengthened dramatically since I began P90X, and I’m actually starting to see some pretty good definition in that area when I look in the mirror.

Tomorrow is Yoga X, which I’m really looking forward to. I always feel great after doing the yoga workout!
