P90X Chest and Back Workout – Day 15

P90X Chest and BackMan, what a workout!

I’m still convinced that this is the best workout in the whole P90X program.  I just love how the progression of exercises moves from one to next…

I think I’m getting stronger in terms of upper body because I’ve increased to 20 pounds on the dumbells.  I love doing these workouts, because I just feel more confident for the day to come with a little pump in my muscles, and I think my posture is getting a little better with all the shoulder and back exercises.

I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a protein shake for lunch along with some strawberries, blueberries and a kiwi.

Ready for tomorrows P90X workout!
