P90X Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps Workout – Day 29

Today was day 29 of P90X Chest, Shoulders, and Tricepsmy 90 day workout, and I completed the P90X Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps workout.

Since I began month 2 of P90X today, some of the workouts have changed. This was actually my first encounter with the Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps DVD and I really enjoyed it.

After a week off from the hardcore resistance training workouts, I was really excited to get back to my dumbbells and MiR weighted vest. I wasn’t able to do all of the push-up workouts with the weighted vest on, but I did use it for most of the chest exercises.

While most of the workout went well, I had some serious problems with the 1 arm pushups. I’ve always done pretty well with the push-up routines, but this was a different story. I have some real work to do.

Well, that’s it for today’s P90X Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps workout review. Tomorrow is Plyometrics once again — let the good times roll.
