P90X Exercise Program Review – Day 9

Today was day 9 of my P90X exercise program review and WOW(!), my butt got kicked today.

I was able to keep up with the workout much better today, I wasn’t perfect but I am proud of my progress so far. Also, I didn’t get sick today but I definitely felt the burn!

I found that getting my P90X workout done in the morning was much easier, I don’t feel tired after the workout like I do when I do it in the evening. As of right now, my tank is running on full and I can’t wait to bring it again tomorrow!
