P90X Fit Test

Today was my day 1 of P90 X. I did the fit test, which was a really good gauge for the state of fitness that I am at right now…

I actually surprised myself on many categories, and know that I’m going to be even more surprised when day 90 rolls around.  I was in a weight lifting class previous to this and got 200 on the bench, but I feel like this program will give me a whole new meaning to the term working out.

Without further ado, here are the results of my pre-P90X fit test:

Pullups: 23
Vertical: 115″
Pushups: 50
Toe touch: +3
Wall Squat: 2:05
Bicep Curls: 35 lbs.-15 reps
In and Outs: 25
Heart Rate: 150 BPM
