If you have ever done martial arts, or maybe a combat class as cardio, then this workout is definitely for you. It is a high intensity cardio workout. It is all about punches and side punches, hooks, and uppercuts. Later you switch to all kicks, front, side and back. Over and over, again…

It’s great, it really makes you break a sweat and I truly enjoyed it. It is more of a stationery workout, not really as space defying as the P90X Plyometrics routine, and also not as intense in my opinion.
