P90X Legs and Back Workout – Day 5

Well, I think we have a winner.

Today was day 5 of my P90X exercise program review and I definitely found the workout that I enjoy the least. The P90X Legs and Back DVD is absolutely brutal, I definitely had a tough time with this workout.

I got sick again today during the workout which was not enjoyable, and I actually cut the video off with about 10 minutes to go. I just started doing the Ab Ripper X video before the regular workout, so I was able to get that workout in today before I got sick.

In the nutrition department, I had a super hectic day today and actually missed a few meals. I still ate clean, but I didn’t consume all of the foods that I was supposed to. I’ll be back on track tomorrow.

Week 1 is almost over, and so far it’s been a great experience (despite the issues with stomach sickness). I’ll be posting my weekly P90X progress photos in a few days, so stay tuned…
