P90X Legs and Back Workout Review – Day 5

P90X Day 5 is here…

Today, i came expecting a regular leg (lunges) and back workout. I did not expect to have my entire body covered in  sweat. It was definitely a great workout.

I really enjoy the mix today. Today’s P90X workout mixed legs and back very well. It went pretty much on a one and one mix. Legs, then back, then legs back again, over and over. I liked it. It kept the body guessing and your energy flowing since you didn’t exhaust the muscle too quickly.

After the Legs and Back DVD, I did Ab Ripper X. It’s an incredibly intense workout for abs. I still haven’t been able to make it through. but everytime i make it closer and closer to doing the full routine.
