P90X Workout Update – Day 10

Today was day 10 of my P90X experience, and I had an incredible workout today…

Last week’s P90X Shoulders and Arms workout (day 3) went pretty well, but I really noticed a big week over week improvement today. I felt stronger and more confident when doing each of the exercises, and I didn’t feel nauseous at all. I also switched things up and began doing the Ab Ripper X routine before the main workout — that’s working out really well for me.

As crazy as it sounds, I’m already starting to notice significant improvements in my body. My arms are beginning to fill out more and I’m also noticing results when it comes to my back, chest, and abs. I’m pretty shocked at the progress I’m seeing, especially considering the fact that I’m only a week and a half into the program.

As far as my diet goes, everything is going really well and I’m still following the level 1 portion approach to the letter. Eating clean gets easier and easier with each day, and I highly recommend picking up a bag of chocolate Shakeology from Beachbody. It’s a great tasting, super healthy meal replacement that I always find myself looking forward to.

Well, that’s it for today’s update. Needless to say, I’m pretty excited for tomorrow.

    I can definitely see the difference, congratulations on the great results so far! I’ve been following along and am actually getting ready to start day 1 myself next week. Wish me luck!
