I’ll say it again. The P90X Plyometrics workout is up there with Legs and Back for my least favorite P90X workout. This routine continues to challenge me in a big way, and I’m nearly halfway through the program!

My knee held up well today, I think it’s good to go now. Tomorrow is another upper body workout, so I’ll have another day to rest it.

Side note: My body fat jumped a little more than 1% last week, and I couldn’t figure it out for the life of me. Today, it hit me… I’ve been making tuna salad each day for the last week and a half or so, and I’ve been adding walnuts to it. Having those nuts each day is definitely what caused my measurement to jump, so I’m eliminating those from the tuna salad from here on out. We’ll see if it goes back down this week…
