P90X Plyometrics Workout Review – Day 2

Day 2 of P90X is here.


I started this workout thinking it was going to be a stretching, yoga based routine not unlike the P90X Yoga X workout.  This was by far the most intense cardio workout I have done in a while.

It was very different from what I’m used to. It was a very intensive leg-based workout. It was all about lunges and jumping style exercises. Its took a little while to get used to it, but I still had a hard time keeping up overall. I saw myself getting several water breaks. Even Tony was constantly drinking water and wiping his face with his towel.

I enjoyed the P90X Plyometrics workout and was happy that the last 5 minutes had a good stretching section that helped you cool down. Afterwards, there was no Ab Ripper X workout either. :)
