P90X Results - Day 21Today was day 21 of my P90X program review, which means that it’s time to post my weekly pictures and measurements. I have to be honest here — I’m pretty disappointed in my pictures this week, I was really hoping for a bigger difference between my day 1 and day 21 pictures…

While I’m aware that P90X is a 90 day program, I was really hoping to see a bigger difference than I am at this point between day 1 and day 21. The only pictures where I can see visible (although very subtle) improvements at this point are the side twist post and the front bicep flex.
