P90X Review – Day 12 Legs, Back, and Ab Ripper X

Legs and Back P90XDay 12 of P90X, and I wasn’t feeling my best today…

My knee feels a little bit tweaked, so I had to stop mid-way through the video — but I did finish up with Ab Ripper X.  I think that X Stretch, some ice, and a little rest this weekend will make my knee tweak go away.  I should be ready for a good upper body P90X workout tomorrow, and the much anticipated X Stretch to finish up my 2nd week.

Going to make a protein shake and snack on some quesadillas, then work the night shift.

Can’t wait till my next workout!
