P90X Review – Day 5 Legs, Back and Ab Ripper X

The fifth day of my P90X review is now history and I gotta say, I really enjoyed today…

This is the best definition that I could think of for a core workout.  Out of all of the P90X videos so far, I feel like this one covered the most areas of the body as possible.  I really wasn’t expecting to do pull ups during this workout, but that along with the many other varieties of routines gave me a great overall workout. Loved it!
