P90X Review for Christian Garcia – Day 1

Day 1 of P90X is here.

Chest and Back.

This was a very intense workout. You begin with a good stretching routine. Then you start by going directly into the core of the intense workout. After you have been following and repeating yourself with countless repetitions. You realize that at midpoint you start all over again, so you go back to the beginning and repeat all exercises again and do them all over again. This time trying to max out in every different move. The exercises give you a clean burn that gets very deep into the muscle without the unnecessary body ache. Very fun and intense but it went by fast.

Good end. But after you are happy to be done working out and not able to move a finger. Ab Ripper X begins and gives you 15 minutes of ab hell (truly a great ab workout).
