P90X Shoulders and Arms Workout – Day 17

P90X Shoulders and ArmsHello everybody!

Today was day 17 of P90X, and the workout was shoulders and arms. WOW today i felt like a million dollars. It was amazing the level of burn i felt today. It was exhilarating. I felt a burn like never before. I can really feel my core toning and tightening up from the inside out. There exercises are incredibly and totally well planned so you can sculpt your body from head to toe.

It was great to do, and now I feel like I am in this place where I know now what is the best weight for each workout. I feel like I have that more under control. Before I didn’t really know what type of weight (resistant belt) to pick.

Amazing workout, and doing really well on the ab ripper x workout, still uber hard, but still on the 15 reps instead of 25. I figure that once I am more comfortable with the 15′s, I’ll step up and move on into more reps, but I don’t want to over do it and then not be able to finish my workout!
