P90X Transformation – Day 5

Well, today was the 5th day of my P90X transformation, and I realized one thing — I hate wall squats!!! Man today was killer, but I love it because I know if you don’t feel the pain then there will be no gain.

I am starting to feel sore, and I am contemplating between taking a rest day on Sunday or doing the cardio, I’m leaning towards cardio. I will have to see how I feel after Kempo X tomorrow.

As sore as I am, I still feel motivated and I can definitely feel the results already! More energy, I feel great over all, and I don’t feel like I am wasting my time like I do at the gym. P90X is my personal trainer and it is awesome!
