Well, my first week of P90X is complete and I’m happy with how things are progressing. Obviously, there are no major changes at this point but I’m starting to notice gradual improvements in my arms, legs, and abs.

Waist: 32″
Hips: 34″
Right thigh: 18.5″
Left thigh: 18.5″
Right calf: 13″
Left calf: 13″
Right arm: 14″
Left arm: 13.5″
