P90X Week 2 – Day 9 Plyometrics Workout Review

P90X Plyometrics WorkoutToday’s P90X workout was Plyometrics, and it was tough.

I really thought it was going to be easier than the first time I did it. It was not, and I don’t know why. I figured that since I had done it before it would be a bit easier, but it was still extremely difficult.

I’m guessing that since I had a hard week at work, I didn’t have as much energy.

Plyo is still the toughest P90X workout for cardio I have ever done so far. I am really looking forward to being able to keep up with the DVD once I’m up to par. I really hope I can get to the same level as Tony.

I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s workout. It’s day 9 and I’m feeling tighter and stronger, with a ton more energy I didn’t feel before. I may not really have physical changes, but I’m feeling the workouts do their thing.
