P90X Workout Review – Day 2

Day 2 of my P90X review and wow, what a workout! I found myself taking longer breaks and I usually stopped my exercises about 10 seconds short of what the video showed. But that’s expected, no one who is out of shape is going to jump right in and keep up with the video, give me three weeks and I will be doing those awesome exercises twice a day!!!

The P90X exercises are a great lower body workout, my calves are on fire!

Also, I didn’t get sick today which is already a improvement from yesterday. I made sure I went through every exercise, took my water breaks, and kept my heart rate up. I can’t wait for tomorrow’s shoulders and arms workout!
