P90X Workout Review – Days 13, 14, and 15

P90X WorkoutsWell, it’s been a challenge doing my P90X workouts while staying in a crowded condo in beautiful Panama City Beach, FL, but I managed to do it.

Having said that, motivation wasn’t hard to come by as the beach was replete with college kids showing off their youth.  I think I was more motivated by seeing so many others in such poor shape and worrying not only how I compared now, but how bad I could get in the future as my body’s ability to respond to exercise naturally diminished…

Did Plyo X last night, and have to say it’s 10x more manageable on week 3 than week 1, I’m really looking forward to starting the second phase of P90X next week and mixing it up a bit, these are still great but variety is key in keeping my miniscule attention span engaged.

By the by, found an awesome smoothie to make that keeps me full and gives me quite a bit of energy!  Found little pint bottles of Acai berry juice at Walmart, used 1/2 bottle of that, 1 whole banana, 1 Tsp of peanut butter and 1/4 cup of vanilla silk, awesome (and cheap!).
