P90X Workouts Reviewed – Day 1

Well, today was the first day of my P90X workout and it was brutal, even though I’m used to doing a lot of push-ups and stuff through the army…

I’ll give a little story about my physical fitness life. I started running around 10th grade and I went to basic training when I was a junior in high school and ever since then I’ve been running, lifting, and doing muscle endurance exercises. The only problem I’ve had is with my diet, so I’m really happy with P90X because it provides a nice, healthy diet!

In summary, day 1 was a killer. I couldn’t keep up with the DVD and I was dying near the end. Hopefully it gets easier!
