P90X X Stretch Video – Day 21 Review

P90X X Stretch VideoIt’s hard to believe, but today marked the end of my 3rd full week of P90X workouts. Since it was the last day of the week, I had the option of taking the day off to rest — or doing the X Stretch video. I decided to complete X Stretch again…

All I have to say is if you’re doing P90X and are skipping the X Stretch workout, you’re really missing out. I always feel really good after finishing this DVD, and my flexibility is now better than it has been at any point in my life.

I would have to say that my least favorite stretches are the hamstring variety, but those are also the ones where I’m seeing the biggest amount of improvement. For instance, I can now rest my face between my knees when doing 2 legged seated hamstring stretches — a massive difference from where I was at on day 1 of P90X.

I had a delicious breakfast this morning — a green smoothie with kale, red leaf lettuce, tomato, apple, blueberries, blackberries, a clove of garlic, chlorella, spirulina, and 6 liquid egg whites. I also had a bowl of steel cut oats and a piece of whole grain toast.

I’m getting ready to drink a quick chocolate Shakeology shake, and then I’m going to take my day 21 photos. I’m really curious to see if there is much change between today’s pics and my P90X pictures from day 1. Stay tuned…
