P90X Yoga X Workout Review – Day 4

Hello All…

I just finished the Yoga X routine and it was great ! Very relaxing to the body and mind. It was a bit too long in my opinion but good. It loosened up all my muscles that were tight from the week’s workouts.

I enjoyed the feeling and it incorporates a bit of upper and abs as well.

It also works the overall core and you do arms a bit as well. I just had my recovery P90X drink and I feel great. Energetic and ready for what tomorrow brings.
