Plyometrics Workout DVD – P90X Day 37

P90X Plyometrics DVDWell, today was day 37 of P90X and I completed one of my least favorite workouts — the Plyometrics DVD (insert scary soundtrack here)…

Plyometrics cleaned my clock once again today, and it continues to maintain one of the top spots on my least-favorite-P90X-workout leaderboard. The good news is, I’m seeing progress.

My diet continues to go well, and I’ve pretty much settled in now to a steady routine of veggies, fruit, chicken, tuna, wholegrain bread, oatmeal, fat free cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, my breakfast smoothies, and chocolate Shakeology. Following the nutrition plan’s portion approach is a great way to go, and it really does a nice job of training you which foods are good to eat.

That’s all for today’s update. By the way, my sister-in-law wanted to use my body fat % machine last night so I ended up running it again while I had it out — 6.8%!
