Shoulders, Chest, and Triceps – P90X Day 36

P90X Chest, Shoulders, and TricepsToday was day 36 of my 90 day workout, and I completed the Shoulders, Chest, and Triceps workout for the second time…

I absolutely love this workout, it really blasts the different muscle groups that it’s targeting and I get a really great pump from it. If I had to choose a favorite P90X DVD, it would definitely be a tossup between Shoulders, Chest, and Triceps and the Back and Biceps workout.

Yesterday, I ended up taking a rest day for a change and took a little 20 minute bike ride — nothing too crazy.

I made a great shake last night by the way, chocolate Shakeology mixed with some natural, organic peanut butter, a banana, some water, and a cup of ice. It was absolutely delicious… so if you’re drinking Shakeology, try it out!

Tomorrow, I’ll be doing the P90x Plyometrics workout once again — stay tuned!
