Tony Horton Yoga X Workout – Day 4

This is my fourth day of P90X workouts and today was a bit of a surprise…

When Tony Horton gave the introduction to this video, he mentioned that most people think that the P90X Yoga X workout is really just some stupid stretching and breathing exercise that doesn’t really help anything.  I could definitely say that I was in that boat.  Boy was I wrong.

One of the main things I wanted to get out of P90X was to be more flexible.  I feel like at the end of my 90 days I’ll feel a lot more flexible, which will help me the most in my other sports.
