Yoga X P90 Workout – Day 27

P90X Yoga X WorkoutToday was day 90 of my P90X workout review, and I completed Yoga X for the second time in a week.

Yoga went really well today, and I was literally drenched with sweat by the time I finished the DVD. I’m definitely seeing weekly progress in some of the more difficult poses and postures that I’ve had trouble with so far, which is really encouraging.

Tomorrow is the final day of my first month of P90X, and I gotta say — time flies when you’re having fun. I’m really anxious to get back to the chest, back, and arm workouts this week though, and I’m surprised to say that I actually miss Ab Ripper X.
